Service By Design

Service By Design helps nonprofits to meet their missions by tapping the educational, professional, technical, and/or personal skills of volunteers. Presented in partnership by HandsOn Greater Phoenix and Experience Matters, this program matches nonprofits with individuals who wish to apply their talents and experience to address community issues.

To ensure the success of each project, HandsOn Greater Phoenix and Experience Matters provide guidance through the application process, training, project development, matching, and ongoing support. Depending on the needs of the nonprofit organization, Service By Design projects vary in scope and length of commitment.
