Hero's of Hospitality Gala (Referral)

Hero's Network Foundation is launching its inaugural Hero's of Hospitality Gala on September 28th at Mastros City Hall. We are looking for volunteers to assist with silent auction, set-up, as well as working with Auction Event Services to process the auction once complete. We will also have a raffle and need two people to sell raffle tickets during the reception. There are two shifts, 9:30 am - 3:30 pm and will involve setting up the silent auction tables (Approx. 40 items). The PM shift is 3:00 PM to close shift will be a part of a team to sell raffle tickets and to assist AES with item processing. We expect the event to end by 10:00pm but it may go later.

There will be a brief meet and greet, training period, and volunteer sign in prior to your shift. Please make note that the dress code is black on black with closed toes shoes. Any questions please call Roma at 623-208-6346 or visit our website at http://www.phd-hosp.com/.
