2017 Serve-A-Thon: Community Smoke Alarm Intallation

Join us as we partner with the Arizona Burn Foundation to install FREE smoke alarms in designated high-need homes as a part of our 24th annual Serve-A-Thon . In just 4 hours, you can help save a life! Volunteers will be placed in teams to go door-to-door to pre-canvassed homes to install FREE smoke alarms and provide fire safety and burn prevention materials. No experience is necessary; all training, tools and materials will be provided that day.    

This activity is fun and family friendly. The minimum age to volunteer is 10 with a parent. Volunteer's ages 16 & 17 who wish to participate without a parent/guardian present must bring a signed Youth Waiver Form with them to the project. Anyone under age 18 will be paired with someone over 18. Volunteers under the age of 16 must remain with their parent/guardian throughout the eventPlease, no youth groups under the age of 16.   Volunteers should wear comfortable shoes and clothes that can get dirty.
