Chandler I-HELP Intake Volunteer (Referral)
Prospective volunteers will have an opportunity to directly impact the lives of homeless individuals by assisting with intake for the Chandler Interfaith Homeless Emergency Lodging Program (I-HELP), which is administered by Chandler Christian Community Center.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with the supervision of I-HELP intake process
· Greet and log in potential clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
· Ensure I-HELP policies are being followed and communicate any issues or concerns to an I-HELP staff member
· Talk and hang out with I-HELP guests during intake and break bread with them at host church
All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and willing to commit to 3-4 hours per week.
