This year Make A Difference celebrates its 15th Anniversary. As we reflect on all that we have accomplished together in this community, we also look to the future. Make A Difference is part of a vibrant network of 370 affiliates that serve as hubs for civic involvement and volunteerism. Our network is the key lever in this nation's service movement, and as such, we believe it's important to unite with our sister organizations around the country in both name and scope of services.

It is with great pride that we announce that Make A Difference is now HandsOn Greater Phoenix. Please know that while we embark on a new brand, it is simply a name change. We are committed to delivering the same great programs and services that you have come to expect from us.
