Volunteer's for Phoenix Community ToolBank's Grand Opening (Referral)
We are looking for volunteer support for our upcoming Grand Opening. We will have two shifts of volunteers- 1st Shift from 3 pm to 5:30 pm (for VIP reception) and the 2nd Shift from 5:15 pm to 8:30 pm (for Open House and ceremony) **You can register for both shifts as well. After you express interest someone will be in contact regarding what shift you would like.
Volunteer activities will include:

- registration table/check in
- food and beverage prep/service (keeping tables stocked, passing out drinks, cleaning up tables, etc)
- guest guides (ushering folks on where to be)
- Photo booth assistants (we have COX’s photo booth coming and we will have “tool props" to take pictures with so probably one or two people there just to make sure that it is working smoothly)
- activity/table monitors (we are having a couple of interactive table displays- how to sign up to become a member agency, how to register to become a volunteer, how to donate, etc).
- Clean up and set up (everyone)
