Join us for one of the first picks of the citrus season at Sahuaro Ranch park as part of Martin Luther King, Jr. Weekend of Service. Volunteers are needed to help pick citrus from trees at Saguaro Ranch park.
Fruit will be collected in large bins and donated to local food banks, to help feed the community. Volunteers will pick fruit from trees manually or using fruit gleaners and haul to designated areas.
Masks are required along with closed-toed shoes, and clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
Each volunteer will be required to fill out a waiver from the City of Glendale in order to participate in the event.
