Kickball with Civitan House
Put on your tennis shoes and head to the park to play kickball with volunteers and residents of Civitan House, home for adults with developmental disabilities. Enjoy a fun morning by getting a light cardio workout running around the kickball diamond!
For the time being, to ensure the safety and well being of our residents, Lura Turner Homes is currently requiring all visitors to their campus have a copy of their Covid-19 vaccine card or the results of a negative Covid-19 test within the past 7days. All volunteers must wear a mask and sign off on a Covid-19 waiver.
The minimum age for this volunteer opportunity is 8 with a parent or guardian. All volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
If you would like to register your child, please email the opportunity coordinator listed below and ask to reserve a guest slot. Please note, volunteers 13 years or older can create their own HandsOn account and sign up for opportunities directly (activation fee is not applicable for those under the age of 16).
