Front Desk Coverage Needed! At Vitalant Scottsdale Donor Ctr (Referral)

Vitalant needs Volunteers for coverage at our Front desk at the Scottsdale Donor Center!

Duties include:

Greeting & Welcoming donors
Facilitating friendly communication to staff and donors
Checking in donors on a sign in sheet
Distributing, and logging donor gifts when applicable
Serving Refreshments to donors
Maintaining and restocking the refreshment area
Thanking our donors and providing an excellent experience for Blood Donors!

(staff rotate through lunches, the site stays open all day):

Schedule:

Tuesday 8:30am-6:00pm (Lunch 1:00pm-2:30pm)

Wednesday 8:30am-6:00pm (Lunch 1:00pm-2:30pm)

Thursday 9:30am-5:00pm (Lunch 1:00pm-2:30pm)

Friday 6:30am-2:00pm (Lunch 10:00am-11:30am)

Saturday 6:30am-2:00pm (Lunch 10:00am-11:30am)

*** We can be flexible with your schedule! Modified shift times available!
