Event: H.E.L.P. Rebranding Launch Celebration
Dates:

Setup Day: Friday, March 28th | 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Event Day: Saturday, March 29th | 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM (Event from 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM)
Location: H.E.L.P. Headquarters | 2727 West Sweetwater Ave, Phoenix, AZ

Why Are We Rebranding?

H.E.L.P. (Homeless Engagement Lift Partnership) is evolving into a new name that reflects our growth, sustainability, and unwavering mission to break the cycle of homelessness. With this fresh identity, we aim to broaden our impact, create new opportunities for community engagement, and continue offering hope and support to those in need.

This rebranding launch event is not just a celebration, it's a statement of our commitment to the community and a call to action for a brighter future.

How You Can Help:

We are calling on all volunteers and Ambassadors to join us for this milestone event! Your involvement will help ensure our guests have a memorable and impactful experience.

Volunteer Roles Needed:

Friday, March 28th - Setup Day:

Event Setup (Tables, chairs, banners, decorations)
Organizing branded materials & signage
Assisting with AV equipment setup
Preparing the tour route through the warehouse
Setting up the ribbon-cutting area with the Glendale Chamber of Commerce

Saturday, March 29th - Rebranding Launch Event:

Tour Guides: Lead guests through the warehouse and share overviews of H.E.L.P. programs. (Wear red button-up shirts or H.E.L.P. logo shirts with black bottoms)
Guest Services: Greet attendees, manage check-in, and assist with event flow
Security: Help ensure a safe and organized event space
AV Support: Assist with audio-visual needs during the program presentations
Event Floaters: Step in wherever needed, from supporting the ribbon-cutting ceremony to assisting esteemed guests
Setup & Teardown: Arrive an hour before and stay an hour after to help prepare and wrap up

Special Guests & Community Leaders in Attendance
Upscale Celebration with Refreshments & Networking Opportunities
Opportunities to showcase H.E.L.P.'s impact and future goals
