Meals on Wheels Driver (Referral)
Meals on Wheels Volunteer Driver will be delivering meals to homebound participants. Volunteers can participate in delivering to a route each week and/or be on-call as substitutes drivers as needed.
Deliveries happen from 8:30am to 1:30pm, Monday- Thursday from 8561 N. 61st Ave. Glendale, AZ 85302. You will use your own car for deliveries but are eligible for mileage reimbursement.
To be a volunteer for Meals on Wheels you need:
☐ Valid Arizona Driver License (with no driving restrictions)
☐ Food Handler Card
☐ Social Security Card
☐ Automobile Insurance Card
☐ State of Arizona Dept of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
☐ Motor Vehicle Division 3 Year Record
