Knowledge truly is power, and the power of communication is what is truly the difference between a forever home/fur baby, and a pet. We at LLAR don’t adopt out just PETS. We save, love, nurture and adopt out FAMILY. We range from saving animals from the streets to owner surrenders, preventing convenience euthanasia and helping to empty kill shelters, and simply rescuing animals in bad situations. Focusing on educating owners on welcoming a new member to the family, we believe a lot of the reason for owner surrender is because people are not recognizing animals for what they offer and are. They are our family and in order to deserve and earn the unconditional love and support they give us their entire lives, we must understand and communicate with them better.
