Johnston Family Foundation for Urban Agriculture
http://jffua.orgJFFUA is focused on preserving urban farming in Arizona and inspiring the next generation of farmers. The Foundation provides education through a school to farm STE(A)M program, Farm Hands, that aims to teach youth about the food system within their own community. The goal is to inspire future farmers with a focus on health and the importance of a strong local food system. The foundation collaborates with developers to inspire opportunities to preserve land in Arizona for use as urban farms to perpetuate and secure land for a continued food source for all of Arizona.
