Native American Connections is a Phoenix-based nonprofit that has been serving the community since 1972. What began as a grassroots recovery program has grown into a multi-service organization operating more than 23 sites across the Valley, providing a continuum of affordable housing, behavioral health, and community development services. Our mission is centered on improving the lives of individuals and families through culturally competent behavioral health care, housing, and supportive services.
Today, NAC serves more than 10,000 individuals annually, including seniors, veterans, families, youth experiencing homelessness, and individuals working toward recovery and long-term housing stability.
Programs and services include:
-
Permanent supportive housing communities
-
Affordable workforce and family housing
-
Senior housing communities
-
Emergency and transitional housing for youth
-
Behavioral health and substance use treatment services
-
Integrated health clinics and mobile health services
-
Case management and resident supportive services
Our housing model is deeply rooted in a Housing First philosophy — ensuring individuals have safe, stable housing while receiving voluntary supportive services that promote long-term self-sufficiency and wellness.
