Run Home Camps brings hope, healing and honor to abused and neglected children through the game of baseball. 9-12 year old boys are invited to a week-long camp where they receive All-Star treatment and a positive and memorable experience. All of the activities at camp are based on the FIELD Principles: Faith – The children are encouraged by stories of faith of those who have overcome difficult circumstances. *NOTE* Although all of our volunteers are Christians, the camp does not proselytize, and no religion is ever criticized or denigrated. Instruction – Quality individual baseball training for all skill levels Encouragement – Individual attention and affirmation along with special baseball themed gifts for each child Life Lessons – Daily lessons on subjects like respect, honor, and courage, using music, drama, and other mediums Discipline – Repetitive drills that celebrate the personal growth of every child
