Organization Profile

Community Food Connections

Community Food Connections (CFC) is a statewide 501c3 nonprofit organization established in 2002 that works to alleviate hunger and create food self-sufficiency for low-income households through community and economic development. We began the organization in order to create a place that focuses on making the link between access to healthy foods and building healthy families by supporting local food production, distribution and consumption as economic and community development engines.
