President's Volunteer Service Award
The President’s Volunteer Service Award honors outstanding volunteers and the impact they have made on the community. Serve a qualifying number of volunteer hours in one calendar year to receive an award certificate, pin, & letter from the President of the United States. Volunteer hours do not have to be completed with HandsOn Greater Phoenix, but volunteers ages 13+ must self-report hours served with other organizations in their HandsOn account to be verified by staff. Volunteers under the age of 13 cannot have a HandsOn account and must keep record of hours served independently. Please reach out to us if you would like a service log form to be provided to you for youth ages 5-12.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident
- Must be at least 5 years old
- Must complete eligible service within one calendar year (January-December)
